All of the functions of a cleaver in a compact size, the Chinook Cleaver is a small and lightweight tool with the capacity to cut through meats, but also a great multitasker used in slicing and crushing garlic, vegetables, fruits. and herbs. Our scalloped textured OD green handle & hazard orange G10 liners allows for a cool and comfortable grip, no matter what position on the handle.
